SHIPPING

Once you have placed your order, we will start the handeling process and you will reveice a confirmation mail. 

We partner with Bpost, PostNL and DHL international for getting packages delivered. Final delivery could be handeled by your local postage service. 

*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches it destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This only applies for UK and International orders

 

HOW TO FOLLOW YOUR ORDER

A shipping confirmation mail with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we dispatch your order. Use that link to follow your order.  

 

DELIVERY TIME

Our delivery may vary in time. Once your order is placed it usually takes 1-4 days until is is processed. 

From the moment the parcel is ready for shipping and you got the dispatch confirmation via email you can expect your parcel to be arrived within the following days:

Belgium / The Netherlands / France 1-2 working days
Rest of Europe 3-5 working days
International 5-7 working days

 

RETURNS

If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 21 days after having received your purchase. To return an order please fill in the following return form or contact info@geoffreygake.com with your order number and await our return confirmation and shipping details. 

When received, you can return your order by the following procedure: 

  1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
  2. Enclose the completed Return Form.
  3. Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.
  4. Close the box and tape it securely.
  5. Post your parcel using any of your preferred shipping methods.
  6. Return shipment is at the customer’s own cost.

 

The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches Geoffrey Gaké and is confirmed by delivery confirmation. Please notice that we can exchange your items to another size or color if available in stock.
