Product
All our Ready to Wear pieces have an oversized fit, so we recommend you take your regular European clothing size if you prefer an oversized fit in general. If you would like a more regular fit we recommend you to size down on every piece. For a more precise advice, please have a look at the sizing chart for the specific product.
We're sorry that the item that you are interested in is out of stock. Occasionally, depending on the style, items and sizes are restocked. On the product page, you can subscribe yourself to get notified when your item is back in stock.
We’re sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged. To send the item back please visit the Return Portal and fill in the last 6 digits of your order number and e-mail address to receive further instructions. Return costs for faulty items are covered by Geoffrey Gaké.
All items in our collections come with a care label. We strongly recommend you to always follow the instructions on this label. If you have additional questions or you want further advice, please get in touch with us via phone or mail.

Shipping & Products
It can take up to 2 hours after you have placed your order, for you to receive the confirmation e-mail. Please also check your spam inbox. If the payment has been processed and you haven’t received a confirmation after two hours, please get in touch with our customer service.
In order to process all orders quickly, we immediately send all orders to our warehouse to be picked, packaged and shipped. Once your order has been paid and processed, it is no longer possible to change the order.
Once your order is picked, it’s no longer possible to cancel or change the order.
Please refuse the package at the door upon delivery. It will then be returned to our warehouse at our expense. Once the return has been processed in our warehouse, we will process your return and your purchase amount will be refunded.
Everybody makes mistakes! When you accidentally filled in the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to solve this issue for you. Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed. In order to guarantee fast processing, orders are sent to our warehouse immediately so they can be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to make adjustments.
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you have not received this email, you can check your spam filter to see if the email has accidentally ended up there. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you further
Our delivery may vary in time. Once your order is placed it usually takes 1-2 days until it is processed. From the moment the parcel is ready for shipping and you got the dispatch confirmation via the email you can expect your parcel to arrive within the following days:

Shipping costs will vary from the location you are based. They will be shown during the checkout process although we have some fixed shipping costs for the following destinations:

If you place an order outside the European Union, customs charges may apply. For orders placed in countries inside the European Union, there are no customs charges.
Returns
- All products must be returned within 21 days since the order was received.
- All products must be returned in their original condition.
- All returns must include the original packaging.
If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 21 days after having received your purchase. To return an order please fill in the following return form or contact info@geoffreygake.com with your order number and await our return confirmation and shipping details.
When received, you can return your order by the following procedure:
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
- Enclose the completed Return Form.
- Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.
- Close the box and tape it securely.
- Post your parcel using any of your preferred shipping methods.
-Return shipment is at the customer’s own cost.
The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches Geoffrey Gaké and is confirmed by delivery confirmation. Please notice that we can exchange your items to another size or colour if available in stock.

We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after the delivery. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account that was used to place the order.
The costs of a return differ based on the shipping company and country that you ship it from. Please check with your local post office for current pricing.
Please note that return shipments are at your own expense.
If you wish to exchange your order you simply return your unwanted item(s) and sent an email to info@geoffreygake.com with what kind of item you would like to exchange with.

You can pay for your order with the following options:

If you receive the notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider.
Possible reasons for declined payments are invalid payment method, incorrect billing details or bank issues. We advise you to try another card/payment method or contact your bank.
We can only accept payments via 3D Secure (Verified by VISA/Mastercard SecureCode). This payment method is 100% secure and guarantees that the person using the card is the cardholder, by putting the customer in direct contact with the bank to verify their purchase. If you have any questions regarding 3D Secure, please contact your bank.
When ordering from within the EU and United States, all additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price.
When ordering from outside the EU, all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties. Price also excludes costs for physical inspection at customs in countries where this is required. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
